Change & Implementation Support
CSI stands behind its work and will help our clients implement our strategies, performance improvement or our redesigns. This can take many forms from a limited engagement to help set up the internal implementation teams to creating and staffing a “transformation office” where CSI resources are placed in interim roles to work as part of the client team.
Advisor or Coaches to Leadership We support Individual Leaders through our external advisor roles to executive teams, or provide regular coaching. Coaching differs from the advisor role in that the advisor is tactical in nature with the CSI resource often being asked to draw on our experience with like projects to provide direct advice to an individual regarding a specific issue or situation. In a coaching model, the CSI resource assists the individual through a process that focuses on self-discovery and growth surrounding issues that they identify. Implementation Leads To reduce the risk of failed implementation, CSI can assign resources to each Implementation Team(s) to work with the Implementation Lead and attend selected meetings, facilitating and/or serving as the external advisor when required. Specifically, CSI has supported implementation of new model of care recommendations (e.g., redesigning processes, policies, metrics) through the provision of a LEAN facilitator(s) who have direct experience in designing and rolling out innovative models. Project Management Expertise CSI can support project management by participating in weekly project management calls with the Implementation Lead if needed. Our role is to provide experience in developing detailed project plans, and working with the BCHS Team to track performance, and provide advisory support to help Teams manage evolving issues. |
CSI stands behind its work and is always prepared to be an active participant in implementation efforts to deliver the required results and specific areas of supports that fit the organization's needs
